300 gm Boneless chicken fillets
20 gm Butter
20 gm Chopped garlic
20 gm Mustard paste
Salt to taste
300 ml Fresh cream
Instructions:
Instructions: MELT butter in a pan. Add garlic and saute the chicken fillets till half done. Add mustard and salt and smear on the chicken. Cook till done.

Gradually mix in cream and wine. Simmer till the cream thickens.

Garnish with braised spinach.

Serve with garlic bread.

NOTES : (Mustard flavoured chicken fillets in a rich cream and wine gravy)
