1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cup chicken broth
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cup sour cream
20 oz broccoli spears, frozen
2 cup chicken cooked
Instructions:
Instructions: Over medium heat, melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce; cook, stirring until thickened. Add 2 cups cheese. Empty sour cream in medium bowl; gradually add hot cheese sauce, stirring constantly. In large shallow baking dish, place cooked broccoli and cooked chicken on each crepe. Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce over each. Fold crepes over. Pour remaining sauce over all. Sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese. Cover and heat in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes filling for 12 crepes.

NOTES : I made these crepes for Barbs baby shower. God I was an ambitious hostess in those days. I probably had 20 guests and there I was at the last minute filling crepes so they would not get soggy. The sauce in this recipe is delicious and also very rich. No cholesterol counting for this recipe if you want to enjoy without guilt.
