8 oz nonfat cheddar cheese shredded, note
16 oz canned corn drained
1/2 cup green pepper diced
1/4 cup onion diced
2 tsp chili powder
2 cup Pioneer baking mix
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
green onions optional
sour cream optional
diced tomatoes optional
olives optional
salsa optional
Instructions:
Instructions: HEAT oven to 450. BLEND (mix) first 6 ingredients; Pour into 2-quart baking
dish. BLEND remaining ingredients: POUR over chicken mixture. BAKE 30 min.

GARNISH . YIELD 4 to 6 serving.

Note: called for 8 oz. reduced fat Monterey jack cheese , cubed. I couldnt
find it in my stores.
