2 can chunk white chicken
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup milk
1 x Rotel tomatoes, (10 oz.)
8 x corn tortillas, (8 to 12)
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine chicken, cream cheese, onion and salt in saucepan. Heat until cream cheese is melted.

Meanwhile, over low heat, melt Velveeta cheese. When it is almost melted, add Rotel tomatoes and milk. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture. Roll tortillas. Place in pan sprayed sprayed with Pam. Pour cheese mixture over tortillas. Bake 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes.
