Instructions: Mix the sour cream, cumin, chili powder and lemon juice together in a small bowl and set aside or refrigerate if you would like to make it ahead of time.
Fry chicken in a bit of oil until almost cooked. Add green pepper and onion and cook until chicken is done and vegetables are tender-crisp. Add the salsa to the pan and heat. Remove from heat. Wash and tear up lettuce, divide among 4 plates. Put 1/4 of chicken mixture on top of each plate of lettuce. Drizzle sour cream dressing over top. Email this Recipe:
