Instructions: Dip the cube steaks into the beaten eggs, then into the crushed Ritz crackers. Preheat skillet, add oil. Fry cube steaks on each side until golden and crispy.
To the pan drippings (including cooking oil), add 1/2 to 3/4 cup flour. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and brown the flour for about 1 minute over high heat. Add heated milk and stir with wire whisk, and continue to cook until gravy thickens. Email this Recipe:
