1 x	8-ounce can Hunts tomato sauce
1 cup	water
1/2 env	Lipton onion soup mix (stir well before dividing)
2 tbl	brown sugar
1 x	quarter teaspoon soy sauce
	pepper
2 lrg	onions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F

Combine first six ingredients in small bowl.

Arrange onion slices in large baking dish. Add chicken in single layer and pour sauce on top of chicken.

Cover with foil and bake until chicken tests done. 1 to 1-1/2 hours.

Serve with rice or potatoes
