4 x Chicken breasts
2 med Onions
1 x Green pepper
1 x Red pepper
1 x Green chilli pepper
1 x Red chilli Pepper
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Mixed spice
1 tsp Chilli powder
20 x Cloves, crushed
1 tbl Soft brown sugar
3 tbl Sunflower oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Finely chop the chillies, onions and peppers and mix well together.

Add the spices, sugar salt and pepper, crushed cloves and the oil and mix. Coat the chicken pieces in the mixture and leave to marinade for 24 hours if possible.

Bake in a hot oven 200C for 35-40 minutes. To make the dish a little milder, mix in 2 tablespoonsful of natural yoghurt.
