Instructions: Stir yogurt, 2 tbs dill, garlic and 1 tsp lemon juice in small bowl to blend.
Season with salt & pepper. Place chicken in bowl. Sprinkle with oregano, 1 tsp dill and salt & pepper. Toss to coat. Heat 1 tbs oil in nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken, saute until brown and cooked through, about 5 mins. Transfer to plate. Add 1 tbs oil to skillet. Add onions and saute until brown about 10 mins. Return chicken and any juices to skillet. Add 1 tbs lemon juice. Stir until heated through, about 2 ins. Arrange pita on plates. Top with chicken mixture. Spoon some yogurt sauce over chicken. Serve extra sauce separately. Email this Recipe:
