1 tbl Sunflower oil
1 x 227 gram pac chicken livers
1 x 55 grams pac smoked crispy bacon
1 x 120 gram pac herb salad
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken livers for 6-7 minutes turning occasionally.

Crumble the crispy bacon into the pan with the chicken livers.

Arrange the herb salad in a dish and add the chicken livers and bacon.

Sprinkle the coutons on top before serving.

NOTES : An unusual combination of hot chicken livers with salad.
