1 lb Chicken livers
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
Instructions:
Instructions: Marinate livers in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and water for at least 2 hours. Place livers on skewers. Cook on hibachi or grill until done. Serve with soy sauce or mustard for dipping.
