2 tbl vegetable oil
3/4 lb skinless boneless chicken breast cut into 1" cubes
2 med carrots chopped
1 med onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
19 oz stewed tomatoes canned (or 28 oz)
10 oz condensed chicken broth
10 oz water (1 can)
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp dried rosemary crumbled
14 oz canned kidney beans (1 can)
Instructions:
Instructions: In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat; saute chicken, carrots, onion and celery about 5 minutes or until tender.

Add tomatoes, breaking up with fork. Add chicken broth and water, thyme and rosemary; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in kidney beans and macaroni; simmer, uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally or until macaroni is tender.

Makes 4 servings 15 ounce each.
