1. Coat chicken portions in seasoned flour put into baking dish place small knobs of butter onto chicken surface. Place in oven and cook until tender. 2. Make sauce: melt butter in a pan add the flour and cook for 30 seconds. 3. Gradually stir in the milk bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. 4. Remove from heat stir in mustard cheese salt and pepper. 5. Place chicken on a dish pour over sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. 6.
