Instructions: Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry 2 mins.
until white on all sides. Break up noodles and stir into skillet with peas, water, garlic and thyme. Cover and simmer for 4-5 mins. or until chicken is opaque. Stir in rice and contents of flavor packages from the noodles. Heat 1 min. NOTES : I usually have 3 cup packages of rice in the freezer. Just thaw and you have the start on a fast meal.
