Instructions: Remove skin from chicken breasts and pound meat with meat cleaver until 1/4" thick. Add salt and pepper. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped spinach, nutmeg salt, pepper, and msg. Shape ingredients into 4 cylinders. Roll each chicken breast around a cylinder and secure with a toothpick. Dredge in flour and saute in butter over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Place in a greased casserole and bake at 350 (it works!) for 10-15 minutes.
