Instructions: Lightly dust chicken with flour. Saute quickly until browned. Remove from pan.
Saute onions & mushrooms until lightly browned. Blend in rest of ingredients, bring to a simmer. Add chicken, and simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove bay leaf before serving. Email this Recipe:
