Instructions: 1. Mix the lime, mustard and taco sauce together.

2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 1 hour.

3. Broil or cook in a skillet until done.

TO FREEZE: Mix ingredients with chicken. Double-bag with freezer bags and freeze before cooking. To prepare: thaw in the refrigerator overnight and cook according to directions.
