Instructions: Dredge strips in the mixture of garlic salt, paprika, chili powder and flour.
(* you can buy the cutlet package - fresh or frozen - and you dont have to cut them too much) Brown strips in 3 tbs of butter. Add white wine, cover, and simmer for approximately 20 minutes until tender. Cool. Wrap a few strips of chicken in thinly sliced baked ham (with thin layer of cheese spread inside ham slice if desired). Skewer or tie with chives Looks really impressive tied with the chives, first wilt your chives a little by plunging them in boiling water for a second then in ice cold water to keep them green.
