Instructions: Brush chicken with butter; season. Arrange chicken in shallow pan. Place in hot oven (450 degrees) until chicken begins to brown. Turn chicken over and continue to bake until golden brown. Meanwhile, drain syrup from pineapple into a measuring cup. Combine 3/4 cup of syrup with broth, soy sauce, lemon and cornstarch. Stir until smooth. Pour over chicken. Cover and continue baking until tender, about 25 minutes. Uncover, add drained pineapple chunks, onion and pea pods. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
