Instructions: Boil one chicken and remove meat from bones. In skillet, melt butter and saute onion. Add 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, green chiles, can of mixed vegetables, and chicken, cut up. Dip tortillas in chicken broth, one at a time, and lay in bottom of a large casserole dish. Pour skillet mixture over tortillas. Cover top with additional dipped corn tortillas.
