Instructions: Marinate chicken breasts in Lawrys marinade for 1-2 hours.
Heat 2 tsp vegetable oil in 10" skillet over medium high heat. Cook chicken 15-20 minutes, until juice of chicken is no longer pink, even in center of thickest part - turning over once. Shred chicken into small pieces Build Tortillas - Mix chicken pieces, cheese and chilies in bowl Spread thin layer on 1 tortilla and top with another tortilla Heat 2 TBSP oil in skillet. Cook each tortilla over medium-hi heat (6 on my stove) for 4-6 minutes, turning after 2 minutes until light golden brown. Serve with salsa and sour cream Email this Recipe:
