1 x (2.5-3 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup C & H Pure Cane Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: Coat chicken pieces with a mixture of the flour and salt; brown in melted butter in skillet, turning once.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil. Pour over chicken in skillet. Cover and cook slowly 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken in tender and juices run clear when cut.
