Instructions: Steam chicken wings about 10 minutes or until cooked. Cool, then with your fingers tear into thin strips.
Wash green onions and cut into 2-inch strips Combine chicken, green onions and Seasoning Mixture. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 4 servings. Comments: If you do not have a steamer, you can make one by placing an empty can with both ends removed in the center of a deep pot. Pour in boiling water to a level 1 inch below the top of the can. Place the chicken wings on a heat resistant plate and balance it on top of the can. Cover and maintain the boil. Have a kettle of boiling water ready if it becomes necessary to add more to the pot.
