1/4 cup Bread Crumbs Seasoned , Note 1
4 tsp Margarine Or
Butter
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
2 tbl Lemon Juice
Lemon Slices

Note 1: Original recipe used Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs

Prep Time: 15 min

Sprinkle chicken slices with salt; coat slices on both sides with bread crumbs.

Generously spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over med-high heat until hot. Add turkey; cook 2 - 4 min or until no longer pink, place on serving platter. Cover to keep warm.

Add margarine, wine and lemon juice to same skillet; bring to a boil. Pour sauce over chicken. Top with lemon slices and parsley.

This was very good!! Quick and easy. There was very, very little liquid ... if I make it again I would definitely double (at least) the sauce ingredients.
