Instructions: Pile the salad down the center of the tortilla wrap. Put some chicken on top of that. Fold bottom up first and then the sides so that the insides dont drip. You could make this without the chicken if you want.

These were very good and something I would make for myself. I think you could make them and wrap them in Saran Wrap and that they would keep refrigerated for a few hours.

I was invited to lunch at a friends house and she made these. She said a friend of hers gave her the recipe.
