3 cup cooked chicken, cut in chunks
1 pkt (10-ounces) raw spinach, washed and drained with stems removed and torn into small pieces
1 sm clove garlic, minced
1 tbl chives, snipped, fresh or frozen
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
2 x apples, chopped
1/2 cup oil
Instructions:
Instructions: In a salad bowl combine all ingredients and toss lightly.
