Instructions: Cut the chicken into small cubes.
Heat oil in wok. Stir fry chicken over high heat until chicken turns white. Adl spring onions and chillies and stir fry 1 minute. Add the sauces and sugar toss briefly and then add the basil leaves. Serve with rice. Hint. If you prefer you can replace the searing hot birds eye chillies with 1 sliced red or reen chilli male milder by removing the seeds. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
