Instructions: Boil chicken until tender; remove bones and cut chicken into bite size pieces. Combine chicken, enchilada sauce, mushroom soup, onion, garlic salt, and pepper. Grease large casserole dish and line with tortilla chips. Pour chicken mixture into casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese and tortilla chips. Pour chicken broth over entire mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes.
