Instructions: In a 3-quart saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Add carrots and saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add diced chicken meat and cook another 5 minutes until chicken is done. Add celery and onions and continue to cook another 4 to 5 minutes. Dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in water and add to soup with all remaining ingredients except tortellini. Simmer soup until all vegetables are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked tortellini and serve.
