1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp flour
1 x crushed chicken bouillon cube
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 cup milk
10 oz bag or frozen mixed vegetables (warmed up and drained)
Instructions:
Instructions: Stir sour cream, flour, bouillon, pepper & milk till thickened. Add vegetables and chicken. I have thickened it more and used in a pot pie, I have put it over potatoes, pasta and biscuits. Filling must be hot for pot pies. It is really good and you cant goof it up. You can melt cheese in it or bake till hot and top with the biscuits, or use the base for corn and chicken chowder.
