Ingredients:

2 x Chicken breasts, skinned
1 x Jalapeno(s), fresh minced
1 tbl Sesame oil, dark
1 x Oil for saute
1/2 tsp Celery seed, whole
1 tbl Szechwan chili sauce
8 oz Water chestnuts, sliced
2 tbl Chili powder, home made
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tbl Oregano, (3/4 t if dried
4 x Cloves garlic, crushed
24 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 tsp Curry powder
1 cup Celery, coarsely chopped
1 cup Onion, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute the celery, onions and garlic in the oils while you cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. When the onion is translucent add the chicken, celery seed, jalapenos and water chestnuts. Saute until chicken is barely done... add the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for an hour. Serve over either cornbread, rice or pasta... theyre all good. Enjoy!
