Instructions: Place chicken in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over the chicken. Bake, covered, at 350F for 30 minutes. Remove cover & continue baking 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve sauce over rice or noodles.
NOTES : We tried this for dinner & everyone enjoyed it. I modified the recipe to lower the fat & sodium level. We had the sauce over rice pilaf but itd be very tasty over noodles as well. Email this Recipe:
