Instructions: Wash chicken breasts and pat dry; place in crock pot. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and saute the chopped onion, celery, and apple. Add pecans, water, applesauce, cream of chicken soup, and stuffing mix. Mix together; spoon over chicken in the crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
