Instructions: Season chicken. Brown in one stick of butter. Saute mushrooms and onions in other stick of butter. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms, pour broth and wine over them. Cook for five minutes. Add chicken; bake for one hour at 350F. Add drained artichokes for final 20 minutes.
