Instructions: Soak and cook the beans (or open the can) and drain them well. If you are using canned beans, it would be good to rinse them, to remove extra sodium.
Cook the chicken breast and chop finely, or open the can (either tuna or chicken). Probably one could use a couple slices of ham as an alternative to tuna or chicken. Add all the other stuff and mix well. Mix the dressing with a fork and pour over the salad. Mix well. Prepare this early in the day, so that the flavors marry. Serve over shredded lettuce.
