2 lrg onions, diced
2 lrg green peppers, diced
1 lrg bag corn chips, crushed
1 lb boneless chicken breasts, sauteed and sliced thin
1 x ---20 oz can black whole beans, drained
1 x ---16 oz. jar Green Chili Salsa
1 x ---16 oz. container sour cream
2 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute the onions and green peppers together. Layer everything into a 2 inch deep casserole dish bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or till cheese is bubbly and golden.
