Instructions: Cut the chicken meat into julienne strips and dice the lobster. Marinate in a little French dressing with the chopped egg
whites and the celery for about an hour. Prepare and chill the follow dressing: Mash or sieve the egg yolks and blend with the mayonnaise, chili sauce, chives and a little salt. Fold in the whipped cream. To serve make a bed of the lettuce in a salad bowl. Mix together the chicken and lobster and the dressing, and place in the bowl. Serves 5 to 6. Email this Recipe:
