Instructions: Cover bottom of oblong pan with rice (wash rice first). Place skinned chicken legs on rice. Sprinkle Lipton onion soup evenly over rice and chicken. Spread mushroom soup over ingredients. It may take more mushroom soup. Add enough water to almost fill the pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour or until rice and chicken are done. Serve with a salad. Good!
