Recipe for Chicken and Spicy Sausage Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

1 tsp	Schwartz Piri Piri Seasoning
225 gm	Chicken breast - skinned and diced, (8oz)
1 tbl	Cooking oil
100 gm	Spicy sausage - thinly sliced, (4oz)
2 x	Tomatoes - skinned and diced
1 x	100 gram ful fat soft cheese, (4oz)
150 ml	Milk, (1/4 pint)
2 tsp	Schwartz Parsley
	Cooked pasta to serve

Instructions:

Instructions: Sprinkle the Piri-Piri Seasoning onto the chicken. Heat the oil in a large pan and stir-fry the chicken until brown. Add the sausage and fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the tomatoes. After another couple of minutes add the cream cheese, milk and 11/2 tsp Parsley. Cook until bubbling and thickened and serve on a bed of pasta

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the remaining Parsley.
