Instructions: Wonderful source of folate (from the legumes), which is important during the first trimester of pregnancy, and to prevent heart disease.
PREPARATION: 1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in Dutch oven, crockpot, or large pot. 2. Heat to a boil. 3. Add chicken. 4. Lower heat, simmer for 25 minutes. 5.
