Instructions: Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add chicken; cook until lightly browned, turning once. Transfer chicken to an 11 x 7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Add mushrooms and garlic to skillet; cook over medium-high heat until tender, stirring occasionally. Combine flour and 2 tablespoons water, stirring until smooth. add remaining water, wine, soup mix, parsley, and oregano; stir well. Stir flour mixture into mushroom mixture. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened. Spoon mushroom mixture over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
