1/2 tbl oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbl oil
3 x garlic cloves minced
1/2 x red bell pepper chopped
1/2 x green bell pepper chopped
1 x white onion chopped
2 x green onions diced, plus more
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut 1" cubes
Instructions:
Instructions: * Note: Black bean garlic sauce is available in Asian markets and the Asian aisle of well-stocked supermarkets.

Combine, black bean garlic sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and set aside.

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat and saute garlic until light brown, about 2 minutes. Stir in red and green bell peppers, white onion and green onions. Cook until white onions start to turn translucent, 1 minute. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, stirring occasionally, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Add black bean garlic sauce mixture and pepper and mix well. Cook until chicken is cooked through, about 3 to 4 more minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with white rice.

This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
