Instructions: Put the chicken pieces in the bottom of the roaster.
Pour Salad dressing over the pieces Sprinkle garlic, salt, etc over the pieces Put all the veggies and potatoes over the chicken. Drizzle on a bit more dressing and pour about 1/2 Cup water into the side of the pan (not over the top) Sprinkle with Mesquite flavoring salt. Put the lid on the roaster and cook at 325 for about two hours. The chicken will be very tender and its so easy! Email this Recipe:
