Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain. Combine chicken broth, peanut butter, catsup, hoisin sauce, red pepper and sesame oil and whisk together in a bowl. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a skillet and brown chicken tenders, add ginger and garlic and saute for a couple of minutes. Add broth mixture to chicken and cook for about a minute. Stir in pasta and toss. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
