Instructions: Spray pan with Pam. Layer potatoes, squash and cabbage, seasoning each layer with Montreal Chicken seasoning. I also add salt and pepper to my potatoes. Place chicken on top of cabbage and season with chicken seasoning and pepper. Put little pats of butter on top of chicken. Fill pan about half full of chicken broth. Cover and cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 20 minutes, or until chicken and vegetables are cooked.
