Instructions: Grind onions with the other ingredients of the paste except cashew nuts. Powder cashew nuts separately. Heat ghee and fry the paste till golden. Add cashew nut powder and fry again. Add chili powder and garam masala and stir for a few seconds.Add 1 cup of water, chicken,salt to taste and cover and cook till tender.Serve hot garnished with the yogurt/sour cream and coriander leaves.
