4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 cup purchased sweet and sour sauce
1 x 8 ounce can pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice drained,
reserving 1/4 cup liquid
1/4 cup dried cherries
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and ginger. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until browned on both sides.

Add sweet and sour sauce, reserved 1/4 cup pineapple liquid and cherries; mix well. Reduce 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center, stirring and turning chicken once or twice.

Add pineapple and onions; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until onions are tender and mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

Ingredient Substitution: Pineapple tidbits can be used in place of the pineapple chunks.
