Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place oven bag in a 13- by 9-inch baking dish. Add flour to oven bag; twist end of bag, and shake.
Remove seasoning packet from long-grain and wild rice mix, and reserve 1 teaspoon. Add remaining seasoning mix, rice mix, and next 4 ingredients to oven bag; squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Rub chicken breast halves with reserved seasoning. Place, breast-side up, in an even layer on top of rice mixture. Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top of bag. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. This recipe yields 4 servings. Comments: For Cornish Hens With Fruited Wild Rice, substitute 2 (1 1/2- to 2-pound) Cornish hens for chicken; split hens in half lengthwise using an electric knife, and rub with reserved seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Email this Recipe:
