Instructions: Cut the chicken fillets into 1.5 cm strips.
Make the marinade by combining the remaining ingredients except the olive oil in a small bowl. Add the chicken and marinade for at least 7 hours but preferably overnight turning occasionally. Drain the chicken and reserve the marinade. Heat the olive oil in a medium pan; add chicken and cook over a high heat for 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned and tender; stir in the reserved marinade.
