Instructions: In crock pot, mix together first 7 ingredients and 1/3 cup of the olives. Top with chicken and season with the paprika and pepper.
Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 hours, or until chicken is done and rice is tender. Watch carefully at the end or the rice will be mushy. Mix in the remaining olives and serve. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
